SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Velvet Sunshine Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We currently ship to addresses within the U.S.

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be slightly delayed, as announced by USPS on their website. Processing times may also be slightly longer, as we are limiting post office visits to once per week, either on Tuesdays or Fridays (unless otherwise noted). This is to protect both your health and ours. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

 

All orders are sent using USPS first class shipping.

 

Please allow 5-8 business days for us to process and package your order before shipment.

 

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, to the email you have provided once the label has been printed containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Velvet Sunshine Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
